I have been playing volleyball since 4th grade, and I’ve loved the game ever since!  After three years as the Varsity setter at Mariner High School, I went on to play at a Division I school & still play in various intramural leagues.  I am starting my 5th year coaching with Rain City, 12th year on the volleyball staff at Kamiak High School, and 16th overall year as a coach. I am IMPACT & CPR/First Aid certified, trained in Gold Medal Squared philosophy & have coached in various capacities during my five years with Rain City.
For as long as I’ve been around the sport, I have certainly seen how the times (and kids) have changed.  As a parent, I know what lifelong values I want to instill in my daughters, such as hard work, character & integrity.  As a Rain City coach, my goal is to instill “volleyball intelligence” in our players, and I take great pride in the relationships that I make through this club.  So, if you & I share a respect and passion for this sport along with a desire to create a complete player both on and off the court, I look forward to working with you at Rain City!
